Stallholder Expression of Interest 

Interested in coming along to our Sunset Thift & Sips Market 

Saturday 6th September - 12pm-5pm

Please complete the form below. We will get back to you by sending an invoice within 24 hours to confirm you spot so lpease check junk mail if it doesn't appear. A $20 non-refundable stall holder fee will be required for private stalls and $40 non-refundable fee for business stalls (limited space) and must be paid with three days of receiving invoice or your spot may be moved to the next person in waiting. *Note business stallholders are required to hold public liability insurance and/or relevant food licences. Private Stall Holders do not require insurance
 

Business Stalls are required to have your own Public Liability Insurance for Products and Services you are offering and if you are setting up a 'Market Stall'. You also need to undertake your own risk assessments and determine your own workplace health and safety practices required for yourself and your staff and for insurance and liability purposes. By ticking 'YES' you are agreeing you have appropriate Insurances. Should you have any questions or concerns, please send The Soul Nook Collective an email. Required
Terms of Market Stall if successful. This is important for scheduling and safety, so you must answer YES, to have a market stall. Bump in will be between 10.30-11.30am and cars must leave the site before 11.30am to park in the vacant lot across the road. Bump out will only be at conclusion at the markets and once public has left site. Cars will be allowed onsite from 6pm, however Private Stalls may pack down from 4.30pm and must take belongings to cars on foot until completion of event at 5pm. Required
