  • What happens in the event of bad weather?
    We will make a call 24 hours in advanced to the booking date as to whether your booking will go ahead. We do not offer refunds however, a credit can be given or a change of date will be made to suit.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Yes! We understand that things can happen and life gets in the way. We require 7 days notice if you are wanting to cancel your booking. If cancelled 7 days or more in advanced you will be offered a full refund or your payment can be credited to your next booking. If cancelled in the last 48 hours before the booking date you will be charged a 10% catering fee in addition to your payment being tranferred to your next booking. ( No refund will be offered if less than 48 hours notice ).
  • Is your venue BYO?
    Our venue is BYO for picnic bookings only. Wine and beer only. (No Spirits)
  • Do you offer refunds on your in store products?
    We don't offer refunds for change of mind however, we do offer refunds or a store credit if product is faulty. If you change your mind about one of our products a store credit will be given.
  • Is your premesis wheelchair accessible?
    Our grounds, picnic and sitting areas are all wheelchair accessible however our boutique is not wheelchair accessible as of yet.
  • Is there parking on premesis?
    There is limited parking on our premesis however there is street parking available.
