SHIPPING POLICY
We offer to ship in Australia only, if you would like a quote on postage to an overseas location please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Postage pricing will be quoted to you before you receive your invoice for payment. We ship within 3-5 business days of orders being placed (often quicker) if you require an order urgently, please contact us for an express post postage quote.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not completely in love with an item/s you have purchased through The Soul Nook Collective, we are happy to offer a store credit \exchange upon items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (credit notes valid for 6 months). Credit notes are NOT redeemable for cash. All returned items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures the items have been received back in its original condition. Please ensure you have made your selection carefully. It is important to note we do not refund on ‘change of mind'.
Original condition means;
• Tags still attached
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment when trying it on.
The Soul Nook reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition as when it was shipped.
