Join us in the magic light of a Saturday Sunset at Soul Nook for a beautiful and soothing 60 minutes of sound meditation to bath in the light of a glowing sunset of possibilities, to harmonise and balance body, mind and soul, taking your meditation to the next level of deep peace and relaxation.

About the Event
Rebecca from Bold Sounds will guide you spending 60 minutes escaping your mind and going into deep inner peace with guided group meditation and crystal bowl sound healing drumming, chimes and clearing and cleansing sage ritual as we welcome in the glow to renew and inspire change.
All are welcome, including children over the age of eight. They will need to lie still for the 60 minutes and be conscious of the mediative silence.
Blankets, pillows and cushions are provided and refreshments sunsh as Coffee and Hot and Cold Teas as well as Sweet Treats will be available from the Soul Nook before and after.
